With any new shift in leadership, it's important to listen to the collective voice and gather your ideas on what you would like to see in the following areas for 2009:

I'd like one part of the breakfast to include sharing of new technologies or sites users have recently discovered, or found useful. Whenever I speak to someone involved in social media there is nearly always a new site or service we can share with each other.

It would also be great if the group could "adopt" an annual cause, or underprivileged charity (providing free social media efforts/outreach).

I like the ideas of sharing collectively a little bit more, plus getting some more good case studies of what is working and what isn't. Also, a shorter session (1 hour) would be much easier to attend.

So we have secured our first location for the next meeting at Milano Coffee Co. on March 31. What I need to hear from folks is on the following:

1. What start time works best? (We were thinking 8-9am)
2. What day of the week works best for everyone?

Also here is our working structure for all meetings so we'll be using this session to highlight some of these areas to make it more collaborative and to capture causes that folks would like to take on as a group:

Good Morning talk (5 min) - "Welcome to the 3rd session of SMB, we are your hosts and today we ..."
Latest Buzz + Technologies (the top 10 in 10) (10 min) - "Today in Social Media, the philanthropy is a big topic and ..."
Featured Speaker (20 minutes) - "Today's speaker comes to us from (company name) and s/he will be speaking about ..."
Featured Project (20 minutes) - "Every networking group gets together to do just that. Well we're changing it up a bit and taking on our very own pro bono project as a group ..."
Feedback in 5 (5 min) - Someone brings up campaign they need help with or just general ideas
