A great SMB in San Diego Dec 9 with Jessica Crawford of Birch Aquarium. I found her program to be comprehensive and most importantly is her ability to learn from her social media work. This interview Jessica talks about the older audience discovering the Birch Aquarium through social media and how the aquarium has shaped its programs to that audience.
